Commercial Construction<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Each project is different, but there are some things all construction projects have in common.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Fire protection is an important part of every construction project.\u00a0 To meet stringent insurance guidelines, contractors must use product designed and approved for fire-line applications.\u00a0 We have the UL \/ FM approved check valves and UL \/ FM listed fire-line basket and wye strainers that are required for proper designs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Controlling labor cost is necessary on every construction project. In a recent project, we were able to supply grooved end strainers, check valves, butterfly valves, and suction diffusers.\u00a0 Grooved end products save money by dramatically reducing the time and head count required to install piping and related equipment. We were pleased to help bring a project in on time and under cost<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

On January 1, 2014, lead-free drinking water became a requirement throughout the U.S.\u00a0 Mueller Steam Specialty uses only 100% lead free bronze in all of its bronze strainers and valves.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Champion Valves\u2019 line of single and dual disc check valves, our\u00a0 line of rubber seated and high-performance butterfly valves combined with Warren Control\u2019s HVAC\/BAC automation control system, can handle nearly all commercial construction demands.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
