A petrochemical plant in Texas was facing chronic leaks in their high-temperature transfer lines. Our team conducted a thorough site assessment and conferred with the plant’s maintenance engineers. We pinpointed the problem as worn-out bellow seals on the butterfly valves controlling flow within the lines. These failing seals couldn’t withstand the extreme temperatures, leading to product loss and safety concerns. We offered a solution \u2013 high-integrity, fire-safe butterfly valves equipped with advanced metal bellow seals. These valves provided superior thermal resistance, eliminating leaks and ensuring safe, reliable operation for the transfer lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
